   Proposal Description:
   I plan to investigate the presence of APOE and its function in moderating    biomarkers such as amyloid beta and tau in clinical disorders that negatively     impact cognitive and daily life functioning. I anticipate that higher levels of   abnormal biomarkers and greater cognitive and functional decline in groups of     people with APOE positive genotypes. Project objectives will include testing      hypothesizes related to the biological and cognitive correlations as well as      investigating how test items correlate when investigating constructs such as      depression, anxiety, motor complications, and social functioning.
